Outlook Calendar

anymize reads your Outlook calendar, answers questions about your week and creates events after you have approved them.

What you can do with it

Examples from chat

What is in my calendar this week?
When do I have two free hours in a row on Wednesday?
Create an event "Hearing building permit" on Friday at 9 am, one hour, at the town hall.
Which events did I have with Stadtbau GmbH last quarter?
Tell me where two events collide this week.

The assistant cannot change or cancel existing events. Those commands do not exist here, not even with approval.

Connect

  1. 01Open Apps, Connectors area, Microsoft 365 tile.
  2. 02On the Outlook Calendar card, click Connect.
  3. 03Sign in with Microsoft and confirm. If your organization requires IT approval, anymize takes you to the right button.
  4. 04Done. One sign-in is enough for the whole suite; Outlook and OneDrive join later with one click.

Does anymize create events without asking?

No. Before every entry a card opens in chat with title, start, end, attendees, place and description. You can still change title, attendees, place and description there. Start and end are fixed so the time does not shift between display and entry.

Only after the tick and confirm is the event created and the invite sent to attendees. If you cancel, nothing happened.

What gets anonymized

Attendees, subject, place and description of an event often reveal the whole matter. Exactly these fields are replaced by placeholders before the large AI model sees them. "Hearing Family Yilmaz, Youth office, Room 2.14" becomes "Hearing [[PERSON_1]], [[ORGANISATION_1]], [[ADRESSE_1]]" for the model.

Times and duration stay readable, otherwise the assistant could not check whether an event even fits.
