Personio covers seven areas: people, absences, attendances, HR documents, recruiting, approvals and team availability. Each area can be turned off on its own if it has no place in your case.

No, and for this connector that is solved especially thoroughly. The Personio access comes with write tools out of the box, such as uploading documents or creating attendances. anymize removes these tools on load, based on the verb in the name.

The difference matters: it is not a list of known write commands that is excluded, but every command that carries a write verb. If a new version of the access adds a write tool, it drops out the same way, without anyone having to maintain it.

Names, dates of birth, private addresses, personnel numbers, salary figures and absence reasons are replaced by placeholders before anything goes to an AI model. “Ms Klein still has 12 days of remaining leave” becomes “[[PERSON_1]] still has 12 days of remaining leave” for the model. You read the answer with the right name.
