Qonto

The Qonto connector brings transactions, receipts, invoices, cards and approvals from your business account into the anymize chat.

4 Min

What you can do with it

Qonto supplies five areas: transactions and receipts, invoices and quotes, cards, requests and approvals, and accounts and organization. You can turn each on and off separately.

  • “Which payments over 500 euros were there last month?”
  • “Which transactions are still missing a receipt?”
  • “Show me all open approvals.”
  • “How high were card spendings in the third quarter?”
  • “Which invoices are still unpaid?”

How to connect Qonto

  1. 01In anymize open Apps, then Connectors, and search for Qonto.
  2. 02Click Connect. A Qonto window opens; you sign in there with your own access. anymize never sees your password.
  3. 03Confirm the permission. Then you choose the areas the assistant may see.

Who may connect Qonto decides via the role: owners, admins and accounting can from the start. Managers and staff only once an administrator enables the interface for the organisation. If Qonto reports a rejection when connecting, that is almost always the reason.

Can the AI transfer money from my Qonto account?

Triggering transfers is not something this connector can do. The focus is clearly on reading: review transactions, match receipts, build reports.

The tool set does come from Qonto, though, and also includes changing operations, such as marking an invoice paid, rejecting a request or managing a card. That is why the tile says “read and write”, not “read only”.

The assistant does nothing on its own. Every changing action needs your express request and then your approval in chat. Anyone who does not want that at all turns the “Requests and approvals” area off and leaves only the reading areas on.

What is anonymized

Recipient names, payment references, IBANs, card numbers and customer names from invoices are replaced by placeholders before the data goes to an AI model. “Transfer to Bergmann GmbH, DE89 3704 …” becomes “[[FIRMA_1]], [[IBAN_1]]”. The mapping stays in your workspace.
