What you can share today

Collaboration in anymize means working on AI content together in your team and with external people who have their own anymize account, for example clients or partners. Sharing stays inside the anonymized, Germany-hosted environment.

ContentHow you shareStatus
Knowledge basesOn the KB page under Share, invite people and assign roles.Available
ProjectsIn the project, Invite members. Dialog with email and role.Available
ChatsVia a shared project: members see chats in the project.Via projects; standalone coming

Three roles per share

For each shared item you assign a role. Editors may only invite viewers, never grant higher rights. Changing roles and deleting stay with the owner.

RoleMay
ViewerRead. In a project: view content and chat in the project.
EditorRead, edit content, invite viewers.
OwnerEverything: edit, delete, manage sharing, change roles.

Who can you share with?

  • Your team: centrally managed, with team roles Owner, Admin and Member.
  • External people with their own anymize account: invite by email.
  • On Team plan: groups from Governance Center control who sees which content. Compliance rules can block new sharing for a group.

Sensitive content does not leave the system as an uncontrolled attachment. The share lives and ends in anymize.
