Share projects
Invite members into a project, share context, instructions and project chats, and work a matter together in the GDPR-compliant AI environment.

What comes with the project
A project bundles instructions (goal, work context, style), linked knowledge bases and the chats in this project. When you invite members, they get exactly this shared frame, not your whole account.
Invite members
- 01Open the project in the sidebar.
- 02Choose Invite members at the top. The Share project dialog opens.
- 03Under Invite person, enter the email.
- 04Set the role (often Viewer: view and chat in the project) and tap Invite.
- 05Under Members you see who is already in and with which role.
The invitee needs an anymize account. Without an account they cannot accept.
Team plan and group choice
On Team plan you maintain groups in Governance Center. Share projects only with the group working the matter, and use compliance rules when certain groups must not create new shares.
Law firm example: Criminal law group gets the mandate project; other groups do not see it.
Chats in a shared project
Chats created in the project sit under Chats in this project. Members with access can see them and keep chatting in the project. For most team cases this replaces the still-coming standalone chat share.
Model choice in the project
In the project you can fix a model or use Smart Select. Smart Select automatically picks a fitting model for the request. Details are under Smart Select.
