Share chats

A single chat does not yet have its own share dialog outside projects. The productive path: create the matter as a project, chat there, and invite colleagues or clients as members. Anyone with project access sees the chats in that project.

1. 01Open Projects in the sidebar and create or select a project.
2. 02Chat in the project. Conversations appear under Chats in this project.
3. 03Click Invite members. The Share project dialog opens.
4. 04Under Invite person, enter the email, choose a role (start with Viewer) and tap Invite.
5. 05The invitee needs an anymize account. Then they see the project and its chats.

Roles in the dialog are clear: Viewer can view project content and chat in the project. Only the owner grants higher rights.

On Team plan you organize people into groups in Governance Center. Shares and compliance rules then apply at group level: you decide which group may see a project or knowledge base, and whether a group must not create new shares.

In practice: create groups such as Lawyers, Secretariat or Client portal, invite the right people, and share the project only with the group that needs the matter.

• Shared chats stay in anymize. No export to foreign chat tools required.
• Chat anonymization still applies: clear names do not go to the model, even when several people read along.
• Revoke access: as owner, remove members in the share dialog. Access ends immediately.

As soon as more than one person needs the same case context (instructions, knowledge base, prior chats), the work belongs in a project. A loose chat without a project stays private to you.
