Lexware Office

The assistant reads contacts, invoices, quotes, credit notes, booking documents, payments and items from Lexware Office. With that you answer in chat what you would otherwise export as three lists.

• “Which invoices are still open, and since when?”
• “Show me all receipts for Müller GmbH from last quarter.”
• “How high was revenue with this customer this year?”
• “Which invoice does this payment belong to?”

1. 01Check whether your Lexware Office plan includes public API access. From version XL it is included.
2. 02Open Public API administration at https://app.lexware.de/addons/public-api.
3. 03Click Create API key.
4. 04Choose all permissions or only the ones you want to share, give a label and confirm.
5. 05Copy the key. It is valid for 24 months and can be renewed in the same administration.

1. 01In anymize open Apps, then Connectors, and search for Lexware Office.
2. 02Click Connect and paste the API key from the section above into the single field.
3. 03Then choose the areas the assistant may see: contacts, receipts, items.

No, and that is not a setting but the build state. The Lexware connector simply has no write tools in anymize. There is nothing the assistant could create, change or cancel, not even on an express request.

In the connector overview you see that from the “Read only” mark on the tile. It only sits where the product actually has no write tool.

Customer names, company names, addresses, IBANs, tax numbers and invoice numbers are replaced by placeholders before the data goes to an AI model. The model calculates with “[[FIRMA_1]] owes [[BETRAG_1]] since [[DATUM_1]]”; you read the answer with the real names and figures.
