What you can do with it
Notion is split into two areas: pages with their blocks and comments, and databases with their queries. You enable each separately.

How to connect Notion
- 01In anymize open Apps, then Connectors, and search for Notion.
- 02Click Connect. You sign in to Notion once; anymize never sees your password.
- 03Confirm the permission for the desired workspace.
- 04Then turn on what the assistant may use: pages, databases or both.
Several workspaces work as several accounts. In the connector overview you add another account for that.
Does anymize see all of my Notion?
The assistant sees at most what your own Notion account sees. It gets no extra rights, and it sees nothing from your colleagues' workspaces. On top sits the enablement in anymize: if the databases area is off, databases stay out even if you ask about them.
Notion can also write, so create pages, append content and comment. That is why the tile says “read and write”. That never happens on its own: the assistant only creates what you ask it to, and asks first.
What is anonymized
Names, addresses, customer names and contract numbers in your pages are replaced by placeholders before the content goes to an AI model. A summary of a protocol is therefore built from a text in which placeholders stand instead of the parties. You read it with the real names.
