One connector, two products: Jira with issues and projects, Confluence with pages and comments. When connecting you decide whether both apply or only one.

The simple path is sign-in: nothing to enter, nothing to unlock. You only need an API token for a service account or if your organisation does not allow the Atlassian app.

3. 03Choose the products: Jira, Confluence or both. Only what you select here is requested as a permission at Atlassian.

No. The connector runs over Atlassian's official remote access, and that exists only for Atlassian Cloud. For Data Center and Server Atlassian offers nothing comparable, so anymize cannot connect anything there either.

If you stay on Data Center and still need something: via your own MCP server almost any system with an interface can be connected. Ask support, we will look at it.

With write access the assistant can create, edit and transition issues and write pages and comments in Confluence. Without it it only reads: issues, projects, pages, comments and search.

Names of parties, customer names, addresses and contract numbers in issues, comments and pages are replaced by placeholders before the content goes to an AI model. The summary of an issue is built from a text with placeholders; you read it with the real names.
