Zeeg
anymize reads booked appointments, booking pages, availabilities and CRM entries from Zeeg so you can query your schedule in chat.

What you can do with it
- “Which appointments are booked next week?”
- “Who booked the Tuesday 10:00 appointment, and what is on the booking form?”
- “When could someone still book an initial consultation with me this week?”
- “Is colleague Weber on leave next week?”
- “Summarize the notes from yesterday's appointment.”
Zeeg is split into five areas that you can enable one by one: account, appointments, booking pages, availability and CRM. The appointment list answers “which appointments are there”, the single appointment “who is in it”.
Without a filter an appointment list contains confirmed and cancelled bookings. If you want to know what is really still on, say so, for example “confirmed only”.
How to create an API token
- 01In Zeeg open account settings and the API area, directly at https://app.zeeg.me/account/settings/api-access.
- 02Create a new token and choose only the read rights you need, for example events:read and users:read.
- 03Copy the token immediately. It is shown only once.
Zeeg documents scopes and revocation at https://developer.zeeg.me/authentication . Treat the token like a password and revoke it if it may have leaked.
Connect
- 01In anymize open Apps, then Connectors, and choose Zeeg.
- 02Paste the API token from the section above and click Connect. You do not need to enter an address; Zeeg has a fixed interface.
- 03Set which of the five areas the assistant may use.
The cuts apply twice: a token you issued only for appointments cannot read CRM entries even if the area is on in anymize. That is intended; your provider enforces the tighter limit.
Can anymize book or cancel an appointment?
No. Zeeg's interface could create, move, cancel and hand over appointments, and it could even trigger calls. None of that is built into anymize. There are only reading tools.
The list of free slots is also only what is already on your public booking page. It does not reveal what is already booked with you.
Digital sovereignty
Zeeg is the only connector in this group that does not run on your own server. The vendor sits in Berlin, and the connection goes to its fixed address, api.zeeg.me. Because there is no self-entered server address here, a wrongly set address cannot become a way in either.
For law firms and practices that is usually the interesting alternative to the American appointment-booking services. If your rules require everything to sit on-premises, Zeeg is still a third-party app, and you should know that before you connect.
What is anonymized
Appointment data is almost always personal data: who booked, with which email address, what is in the booking form and what was recorded in the conversation notes. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names and free text from form and notes are replaced by placeholders before an AI model gets to see them.
The CRM in Zeeg is a contact database. If you enable this area, treat it as strictly as an address book.
