The onOffice connector brings properties, addresses, activities, appointments and tasks from your estate-agent system into the anymize chat.

What you can do with it

The assistant reaches six areas: properties, addresses, activities, appointments, tasks and users. With that you answer in chat what would otherwise need several filters and lists.

  • “Which properties in this postcode area are still available?”
  • “Which prospects match this property?”
  • “What last happened on this property?”
  • “Which viewings are scheduled this week?”
  • “Which addresses have had no activity for three months?”

How to connect onOffice

In onOffice enterprise you need the Marketplace add-on “onOffice Services, AI Connector”. Connecting has an intermediate step that onOffice specifies: in the middle of sign-in onOffice shows you a one-time code that you enter in your own Marketplace.

  1. 01In anymize open Apps, then Connectors, and search for onOffice.
  2. 02Click Connect. You land on the onOffice sign-in page.
  3. 03Sign in with your onOffice credentials. onOffice then shows you a one-time code.
  4. 04Enter this code in onOffice enterprise under Marketplace, onOffice AI Connector, Setup.
  5. 05Then confirm the permission in the browser window. After that you are connected.

Each colleague connects their own onOffice account. That is the point: the assistant sees exactly what that person may already see in onOffice, and no more.

Does the AI change my property data?

The focus is clearly on search and read. The tool set comes from onOffice, though, and also includes changing operations, for example creating an activity or a task. That is why the tile says “read and write”, not “read only”.

The assistant does nothing on its own. An activity or task only arises if you expressly ask for it, and only after your approval in chat. Anyone who wants to rule that out leaves the activities and tasks areas off.

What is anonymized

Names of owners and prospects, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and property addresses are replaced by placeholders before they go to an AI model. The model gets “[[PERSON_1]] is interested in [[ADRESSE_1]]”; you read the answer with the real details.
