HubSpot
The HubSpot connector brings contacts, companies, deals and tickets from your CRM into the anymize chat, read-only and on request also writing.

What you can do with it
The assistant reaches objects such as contacts, companies, deals and tickets, their fields, their links to each other, notes, calls and appointments as well as the automations in the account. All of that is split into separate areas, and read and write are separate.
- “Which deals are due to close this month?”
- “Summarize for me what we last discussed with this customer.”
- “Which tickets have been open for more than a week?”
- “Which contacts belong to this company?”
- “Add a note to this deal: quote sent.”
How to connect HubSpot
- 01In anymize open Apps, then Connectors, and search for HubSpot.
- 02Click Connect. You sign in to HubSpot once; anymize never gets your password.
- 03Confirm the permission for the desired HubSpot account.
- 04Then turn on the areas the assistant may use. For a start the read areas are enough.
You can store several HubSpot accounts, for example sales and support separately. In the connector overview you add another account for that.
Does the AI create contacts in my CRM on its own?
No. Writing is a separate area in HubSpot that you must expressly turn on. As long as “Write CRM”, “Write properties”, “Write associations” and “Write engagements” are off, the assistant cannot create or change anything in the CRM, no matter what the request says.
If a write area is on, this still applies: the assistant only acts on your request and asks before every change. A suggestion in chat is not yet an entry in the CRM.
What is anonymized
Contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names and addresses are replaced by placeholders before they go to an AI model. Your pipeline analysis stays readable; the customer list does not leave your workspace in clear text.
