Actaport
The Actaport connector brings case files, deadlines, follow-ups and client contacts from your law-firm software into the anymize chat without real names going to an AI model.

What you can do with it
Once Actaport is connected, you ask in chat instead of searching in file management. The assistant reaches files, contacts, documents, deadlines, follow-ups, tasks, notes and invoices, always only the areas you have enabled.
- “Which deadlines expire in the next ten days?”
- “Show me all open follow-ups in the Family law department.”
- “Summarize the status of case 2025/0148 in five sentences.”
- “Is there already a conflict check for Ms Bergmann?”
- “Add a note to the file: client will call back on Monday.”
The last question is a write action. Actaport is one of the few connectors where the assistant may create something: note, deadline, follow-up, task and contact. Nothing more, and each of them only after your approval.
Where do the Actaport credentials come from?
Actaport has no self-service portal for API keys. The firm gets a bundle of five details once the API add-on is booked: firm alias, client ID, client secret plus username and password of an API user.
- 01Book the API add-on for your firm at Actaport.
- 02You receive from Actaport the firm alias, client ID, client secret and the API user's credentials.
- 03Keep the client secret and password like access secrets. They are not shown in clear text again.
If the alias is missing or Actaport does not know it, the add-on is usually not enabled yet. The exact order steps sit with Actaport, not in anymize.
How to connect Actaport
You enter the five details from the section above in anymize. There is neither a sign-in detour nor a single API key.
- 01In anymize open Apps on the left, then the Connectors area, and search for Actaport.
- 02Click Connect and enter the five details.
- 03anymize checks the credentials against Actaport immediately and only then stores anything.
- 04Finally set which areas the assistant may see: case files, contacts, deadlines, documents, tasks, finance.
If Actaport does not know the alias, the API add-on is usually not booked yet or the alias is spelled differently. If sign-in is rejected, check the client secret and the API user's password.
Does the AI create deadlines in Actaport on its own?
Only if you expressly ask it to, and never without asking back. The assistant builds the complete entry, shows it to you in clear text and waits. Only when you agree does it go to Actaport. If you decline, nothing happens.
| The assistant may | The assistant must not |
|---|---|
| Create a note, deadline, follow-up, task and contact | Delete or close case files |
| Read case files, documents and invoices | Cancel deadlines |
| Search contacts and check conflicts | Write anything without your approval |
Who in the firm sees which case files?
Access hangs on the API user your firm creates in Actaport. What that user is not allowed to see in Actaport, the assistant does not see either. That is the hard limit, and it sits with you, not with us.
On top of that sits the area enablement in anymize. Anyone who only works with deadlines simply turns finances and documents off. And an admin can set in the Governance Center for the whole team which connectors are allowed at all.
What is anonymized
Client names, opponent names, file references, addresses, dates of birth and bank details are replaced by placeholders before anything goes to an AI model. “Ms Bergmann, file 4 O 231/25” becomes “[[PERSON_1]], file [[AZ_1]]” for the model. You read the answer with the real names.
anymize is not legal advice. Deadlines, citations and summaries are working aids that you check before you use them. Responsibility for the matter stays with the firm.
