Google Calendar

anymize reads your Google Calendar, answers questions about your week and creates events after you have approved them.

What you can do with it

Examples from chat

What is in my calendar this week?
Do I have time on Thursday between 10 and 12?
Create an event "Client meeting Musterstraße" on Tuesday at 2 pm, 45 minutes.
Which events did I have with Frau Berger in the last three months?
Summarize my week and say where it gets tight.

A time range you name or that follows from your question is read. Events are created in your primary calendar.

The assistant cannot change or delete existing events. Those commands do not exist here, not even with approval.

Connect

  1. 01Open Apps, Connectors area, Google Workspace tile.
  2. 02On the Google Calendar card, click Connect.
  3. 03Sign in with Google and confirm. We never see your password.
  4. 04Done. One sign-in is enough for the whole suite; Gmail and Drive join later with one click.

anymize only requests the right to your events, not your calendar settings. Sharing, notifications and calendar colors stay out of scope.

Does anymize put events into my calendar on its own?

Only after your approval. If you ask for an event, a card appears in chat with title, start, end, attendees, place and description. You can still change title, attendees, place and description there. Start and end are fixed so the time does not shift between display and entry.

Only after the tick and confirm is the event created. If you cancel, nothing happened. Invited attendees therefore never get their invite before your decision.

What gets anonymized

A calendar entry often reveals more than a mail: who meets whom, in which matter, at which place. Attendees, subject, place and description are therefore replaced by placeholders before the large AI model sees any of it. "Hearing Social office, Family Yilmaz, Town hall Room 2.14" becomes "Hearing [[ORGANISATION_1]], [[PERSON_1]], [[ADRESSE_1]]" for the model.

Times and duration stay readable. Otherwise the assistant could not work out whether an event even fits.
