New documents are created with real formatting: headings, bold and italic, bullet lists, tables, quotes and links. You do not get a text blob, but a document you can send.

Yes, and you read it first. The assistant writes the full text, then an approval card opens in chat with file name, optional subtitle and the entire content. You can still change all of that in the card.

Only after the tick and confirm does the document appear in your Drive. If you cancel, nothing was created. The assistant only gets the feedback that you declined.

When reading, document content is anonymized before the large AI model sees it: names, addresses, case numbers, account numbers and dates of birth become placeholders. When writing it runs the other way. The model drafts the text with placeholders; a shielded service in the EU inserts the real details only immediately before the approval card.

In practice that means: a file note about a real client can be created without the client's name ever having been at a model provider.
