What you can do with it
Examples from chat
What is on my task list today? Which tasks are already overdue? Is there an open task for the Musterstraße matter? Summarize what is due this week. Which tasks from the Deadlines list are still open?
Your own lists are read with title, due date and status. That is especially useful in combination: first the tasks, then the calendar, then the related mail.
Connect
- 01Open Apps, Connectors area, Microsoft 365 tile.
- 02On the Microsoft To Do card, click Connect.
- 03Sign in with Microsoft and confirm. If your organization requires IT approval, anymize takes you to the right button.
- 04Done. One sign-in covers the whole suite.
Can anymize create tasks for me?
No. For To Do there is no write action here. The assistant reads your lists and answers questions about them; it creates no task, checks none off and deletes none.
What it does well: give you a clean list of what to do, sorted by due date. You enter that yourself at a glance or use it as a basis for a calendar event.
What gets anonymized
Task titles are short and therefore all the more revealing: usually the name and the matter sit right in them. Title, note and list name are replaced by placeholders before the large AI model sees them. "Check Yilmaz termination by Friday" becomes "Check [[PERSON_1]] termination by [[DATUM_1]]" for the model.
Due dates and status stay readable, otherwise the assistant could not sort what is due first.
