• New workbooks get a filled frozen header row, striped rows, fitting column widths and a filter.
• Numbers become real numbers, dates real dates, euro amounts real currency fields. Sort and SUM work immediately.
• Values with a leading zero, such as article or phone numbers, stay text on purpose.

Yes, but only downward and only after your approval. Before writing, a card in chat shows which file and which worksheet will be written and what the rows look like. You can still change the values there.

• Rows are appended under existing data. Existing rows are never overwritten.
• That also applies to a workbook on SharePoint if you have it searched first.
• Change cells, delete rows, rebuild formulas: not possible. Those commands do not exist here.
• If the file is currently locked by someone, the assistant says so and does not write.

In a workbook there is often one row per person: name, address, date of birth, personnel number, bank details. These cell values are replaced by placeholders before the large AI model sees them. "Anna Berger, Musterstraße 12, DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00" becomes "[[PERSON_1]], [[ADRESSE_1]], [[IBAN_1]]".

When the assistant writes rows, they are created with placeholders. A shielded service in the EU inserts the real values only shortly before the approval card. In your workbook the correct name ends up.
