This pays off especially as a first step: find the right contact, then draft a mail or have an event created with that person.

1. 01Open Apps, Connectors area, Microsoft 365 tile.
2. 02On the Outlook Contacts card, click Connect.
3. 03Sign in with Microsoft and confirm. If your organization requires IT approval, anymize takes you to the right button.
4. 04Done. One sign-in covers the whole suite.

No. For Contacts there is no write action here. The assistant searches and reads, nothing more. Your address book stays as you maintain it.

If you also want to turn off reading, under Manage in the Access section switch off the Contacts area. Then contact search does not exist for the assistant anymore.

A contact is personal-data processing in pure form: name, company, role, email address, phone number, address. Exactly these fields are replaced by placeholders before the large AI model sees them. "Anna Berger, Stadtbau GmbH, a.berger@stadtbau.example, 0176 1234567" becomes "[[PERSON_1]], [[FIRMA_1]], [[EMAIL_1]], [[TELEFON_1]]".

You still get the answer with the correct address. And if that should become a mail, you see the recipient in clear text in the approval card before anything goes out.
