Provisioning
Under Provisioning in the anymize Governance Center you give skills, connectors and templates to your whole team or to exactly one group.

What this area is for
Skills and connectors used to have two separate entries, and templates would have added a third. The action is always the same, though: the team should have this, or this one group. That is why since September 2026 there is one area for it, with a form and, below it, a list of everything already provided.
An example from a law firm: the engagement letter template goes to the whole team, the skill for the firm's own brief format only to the Lawyers group, and the connection to the case management system as a connector to everyone who works with case files.
How to provide something
- 01Open the Governance Center and go to Provisioning.
- 02Under What, choose the type: Skill, Template, Meeting template or Connector.
- 03Pick what you want to provide. You can choose from skills and templates you own.
- 04Under For, choose Whole team or a group.
- 05For a skill you also decide whether it is Always on, meaning it runs in every chat.
- 06Click Provision. The entry appears right away in the list below.
You create a connector with its address and credentials. Which groups get it, you choose directly in the dialog.
The list of provided items

Who can provide things?
Only owners and admins of a team. A single account sees the entry greyed out with the note Team plan only. Regular members cannot open the page and land on the compliance rules instead. The APIs check the role a second time, so nothing can be provided by going around the interface.
