- The training supports the requirement under Article 4 of the EU AI Act to ensure staff have sufficient AI literacy – since 2 February 2025.
- The team knows how to use AI safely and responsibly.

- You are an active anymize customer.
- Your team has completed the AI literacy training (Art. 4 EU AI Act) – conducted by our external data protection officer (digitalNORD GmbH), with a documented certificate of attendance.
Confirmed live
Every badge is checked live against your anymize account when it loads. The “Active user” mark only appears for a valid, active account – so the badge can't simply be copied.
What this badge is – and isn't
The anymize badges are issued by anymize and confirm the use of anymize's anonymization or participation in our trainings. They are not an independent audit and not a certification within the meaning of Art. 42 GDPR; they do not certify a company's full GDPR compliance. Responsibility for GDPR compliance remains with the company itself. The award criteria for the three levels are described on this page.
