How it works
One credit balance for anonymization and Ultra chat, limits for all other models
Credits for anonymization and Ultra chat
Credits are consumed when you anonymize documents – 1 page (approx. 750 words) equals about 750 credits – and when you use a model of the Ultra class in chat. Both draw on the same balance: a longer Ultra conversation can noticeably eat into the budget you had planned for documents.
Individual plans: Unused credits don't expire immediately – they roll over and remain valid for 12 months.
Team plans: Credits apply to the current billing period.
Chat requests by model category
Deep, Smart and Swift are limited separately and are not deducted from credits – those limits reset every 5 hours. Ultra has no such limit and is billed by usage instead.
Ultra: No 5-hour allowance – usage-based billing instead: input and output are metered separately by token and deducted from your credit balance. Requires available credits; the credits used are shown below every answer.

Everything important about pricing, credits, and limits
Each chat request incurs costs with the AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). For the powerful "Deep" models, this can be several cents per request.
The limits allow us to offer you fair prices without artificially restricting usage. Most users don't reach the limits in normal daily work – and after 5 hours they reset automatically.
Exception: models of the Ultra class have no such limit. They are billed by usage, i.e. deducted directly from your credit balance.
