Your original design stays 1:1
Fonts, colors, logos, headers and footers, tables, slide layouts – the AI does not touch the design. It only replaces the marked placeholders with matching content.
Your Word, PowerPoint and PDF templates – filled by the AI, your design stays 1:1.
You don't rebuild your design every time. You upload your own template – a proposal, a contract, a report – and mark the variable spots with {{placeholders}}. In the chat, the AI fills them in context: client name, date, prices, contract clauses. Fonts, colors, logos, layout – everything stays exactly the way you designed it.
What are templates?
A template is your own design document – a Word proposal, a PowerPoint presentation, a PDF contract – in which the changing parts are marked with placeholders. You design the document once in your corporate design. After that, the AI fills the placeholders in the chat, as often as you like.
The decisive difference to generated documents: with templates you keep full control over the look. Two properties make that possible:
Two properties
Fonts, colors, logos, headers and footers, tables, slide layouts – the AI does not touch the design. It only replaces the marked placeholders with matching content.
You say in the chat what it's about – "Create a proposal for Acme Inc.". The AI understands the context and fills every placeholder with the right value: name, date, prices, clauses.
Upload your Word or PowerPoint files – the AI fills them in and keeps your design 1:1: fonts, colors, logos, everything.
The placeholder syntax
You mark a variable spot in your document with double curly braces. Everything in between tells the AI what belongs there.
Three levels of detail
{{clientname}}Just the variable name. The AI infers from the name and the chat context what to insert – for instance the name of the client you are currently talking about.
{{date:date}}A colon plus a type sets the format. Types like date, currency or email make the AI output a date as a date, an amount as currency and an email correctly formatted.
{{price:currency:"Net price"}}An extra description tells the AI exactly how to fill. "Net price" prevents confusion with the gross value – the AI fills in precisely what you mean.
Descriptions are the key: the more precisely you describe a placeholder, the more accurately the AI fills it – without you having to correct it in the chat.
How it works
Four steps from your own design document to a fully filled-in result – without ever touching the layout again.
The flow
DOCX, PDF or PPTX up to 75 MB, via drag & drop. Your finished design file with the {{placeholders}} at the variable spots.
On upload, anymize reads out every {{placeholder}} and builds a variable list. A file without any placeholders is rejected – a template without variables makes no sense.
You write what should be created: "Create a proposal for Acme Inc. with this template." The AI understands the context and the placeholder descriptions.
The AI fills every placeholder and returns your document – design unchanged. You download the finished file.
Create a proposal for Acme Inc. with this template.
Proposal created. {{clientname}} → Acme Inc., {{date}} → 2026-05-31, {{price}} → €12,400 net. Your layout, your fonts and your logo are unchanged.
Your design stays untouched
Generated documents look like AI. Templates look like you. The AI only replaces the placeholder values – it changes nothing about your design. That is the difference between "it works" and "I can send this to the client".
Kept 1:1
You build your corporate design once – and fill it as often as you like, without ever rebuilding it.
Manage and output
All your templates in a 3-column card grid. At a glance you see what's ready – including the built-in example template "Proposal".
Open a template and see the variable list next to a preview: DOCX rendered faithfully, PPTX as a slide preview. So you know exactly what the AI will fill.
You download the filled document directly – in its original format, with its original design, ready to send.

EU-hosted in-house models for personal data
Templates pay off wherever the same document is produced again and again with new data. You design once – and from then on the AI delivers as many variants as you need, each in your corporate design.
Frequently asked questions
A template is your own design document – Word (DOCX), PowerPoint (PPTX) or PDF – in which you mark the variable spots with placeholders in the format {{variablename}}. You upload it once in your corporate design, after which the AI fills the placeholders in the chat, context-aware. Fonts, colors, logos and layout are kept 1:1.
