With design systems you define once how your documents and slides look, for example based on your website or an existing template. The AI sticks to it, and your whole team gets the same look.
Anonymization per file
For every file, you decide what the AI sees.
When you upload a file, you choose whether it gets anonymized. Names, addresses and other personal data are then replaced with placeholders before the AI works with the file.
- Anonymized or not: Anonymization is on by default. You choose per file, and every file shows its status.
- Original and anonymized version: For Office files you switch between the original text and the anonymized text and download each one separately.
- Catch up after edits: Once you have edited a file, anymize shows which paragraphs have not been checked yet and anonymizes them with one click.
- Team rules: Admins can require that all uploads are anonymized.
Important: the text is what gets anonymized. Images and embedded files stay unchanged, so check sensitive files yourself before sharing them. How anonymization works is explained under secure anonymization.

Your chats, projects and files stay where they are. Projects now group chats and files in folders, and you use your skills as before.
Protect folders
Folders can be locked for the AI, read-only or completely. The lock also applies to all subfolders.

Switch on the Coworkspace in the sidebar. You can go back to the familiar chat at any time.

Drag your files into anyDrive and choose per file whether it gets anonymized.
