How it works
Credits for anonymization, limits for chat requests
Credits for document anonymization
Credits are consumed when you anonymize documents. 1 page (approx. 750 words) equals about 750 credits.
Individual plans: Unused credits don't expire immediately – they roll over and remain valid for 12 months.
Team plans: Credits apply to the current billing period.
Chat requests by model category
Chat requests are limited separately and are not deducted from credits. Limits reset every 5 hours.

The limits allow us to offer you fair prices without artificially restricting usage. Most users don't reach the limits in normal daily work – and after 5 hours they reset automatically.
